Before your appointment
Practical information to prepare for an assessment and speak with the team.
How do I request an assessment?
Call the clinic or start a WhatsApp request from this website. The team will check availability and confirm your time; submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring previous studies and reports, a list of medications, allergies and important medical history. Note when your concern began and which activities improve or worsen it. The team can advise whether anything else is needed.
Can patients from the United States request a visit?
Patients from the United States or other Mexican cities can request an assessment. Before travelling, confirm the date, time, location and any documents or studies to bring.
Can the symptom guide diagnose my condition?
No. It explains educational possibilities using the area and symptoms you confirm. It cannot examine you or confirm or rule out disease. An individual clinical assessment is needed to establish the cause.
Does back pain mean I need surgery?
Not necessarily. The indication depends on the cause, examination, relevant studies and response to previous treatments. Discuss conservative options, reasons for surgery and potential benefits and risks during your consultation.
